Troubleshooting

If something is not working — patch not applying, game not launching, button missing — follow these steps in order. Try each fix before moving to the next.

Fix 1 — Restart Your PC

The simplest fix and often the most effective.

  1. Restart your PC fully
  2. Let Windows finish booting completely
  3. Open Steam and wait for it to fully load
  4. Open ONENNABE and try again

Fix 2 — Fix Unlock Game Issue

  1. Open Steam Unlock ONENNABE
  2. Go to the Tools section
  3. Click Fix Now
  4. Wait for it to complete
  5. Steam will restart — log back in
  6. Try again

Fix 3 — Clear Steam Download Cache

  1. Open Steam Unlock ONENNABE
  2. Go to the Tools section
  3. Click Clear Steam Download Cache
  4. Wait for it to complete
  5. Steam will restart — log back in
  6. Try again

Fix 4 — Reinstall Steam (via ONENNABE Tools)

If all the above did not help, use the Reinstall Steam option built into ONENNABE. This does a clean Steam reinstall without affecting your downloaded games. You have to restart Steam Unlock Onennabe once you have complete reinstalling Steam.

  1. Open Steam Unlock ONENNABE
  2. Go to the Tools section
  3. Click Reinstall Steam
  4. Wait for the process to complete
  5. Re-login to Steam with your account credentials after it finishes
  6. Close and then re-open ONENNABE and make sure your Library in Steam Unlock is not empty.
  7. Check your Steam if the game is Purchase or Play.

After reinstalling Steam, you must log back in. Have your Steam username and password ready before starting this step.

Still Not Working?

Join the Discord server and post in the support channel. Include:

  • Which game you are having issues with
  • Which fix steps you already tried
  • Any error messages you are seeing
